Action: Drop some villagers on the ruins on the bottom right of the map. They will begin restoring the temple. Again, don't wait for this to be completed. If puzzle #9 is complete, try dropping villagers on the completed temple and see what they do.

It takes as long as a building would take. You din't need to cheap on them just make sure every so often they are doing it. More then 1 builder is nessesary
